AT OUR AUCKLAND STORES

 

We are providing a Phone and Collect service for our Auckland consumers during Level 3.

This offers our customers the option to order items directly from a local store for contact free collection.

During Level 3, our Auckland staff are ready and willing to assist during these times:

 10am and 4pm Monday - Saturday (Sundays by appointment)

FIND YOUR STYLE

Visit us at eccoshoes.co.nz to browse our styles and availability. To confirm if a style/size is available at a specific location click on the 'FIND IN STORE' icon near the bottom of the page. The icon will appear as follows:

 

 If multiple colours are available in the same style, please ensure you click on the specified colour to check availability. 

 

GET IN TOUCH

Call or email the relevant store between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Saturday (Sundays by appointment): Provide the style number/s and size/s you would like to purchase so that the credit card transaction can be completed over the phone.  Please be patient as we may only have one team member at each location. 

If emailing, please make sure to include the style number/s and size/s as well as your phone number.

AVAILABILITY

Our friendly team members will confirm availability of the item/s you wish to purchase prior to processing the transaction/sale over the phone using a credit or debit card.

 
 

CONTACTLESS COLLECTION

Collection times are between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Saturday (Sundays by appointment) . Customers will be given an order number after purchasing which needs to be provided at the time of pick-up for purchases to be released. Pick up instructions may vary slightly between locations, but customers will be advised of the process prior to collection.

Visit your local store for collection and show your order number through the front door, the team member will locate your purchase and pop it in a specified place – while keeping a safe distance. Once the team member has moved back, customers can then move forward to collect their purchase. If there is a queue, please remember to practice safe social distancing while you wait. 

 

RETURNS

We are happy to offer an exchange or store credit if the item you chose does not suit your needs. In addition, please note that while we do not usually offer refunds at our retail stores, during Level 3 we will also make this option available at our Auckland stores in line with our online returns policies. Please contact the store of purchase within 5 days if you wish to return your purchase for a refund and our team will talk you through the process.
