A phone-sale service is now available for you to trial. You can order and purchase products directly from your local store for contact-free collection during Level 3.
Our store managers are available between 10am and 1pm Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, and are ready and willing to assist.

Purchases are subject to availability: Please note that not all styles are available at all locations and shops can only supply what they currently have in stock at their store or at our warehouse.  If items do need to be ordered from our warehouse, customers will be offered the option to proceed with the purchase, (and be notified when the item/s arrive) or alternatively purchase online for faster delivery.

We are unable to process transfers between stores during Level 3. Our team will advise customers regarding availability of product, and purchases can be made online as an alternative. 

 Collection dates/times must be pre-arranged with the store. Customers will be given an order number after purchasing which needs to be provided at the time of collection for purchases to be released. Additional identification may be requested. 

Items must be paid for prior to collection as physical use of the Eftpos machine is currently unavailable. 

Pick up instructions may vary slightly between locations, but customers will be advised of the process prior to collection…

Visit your local store at the arranged pick up time and show your order number through the front door, the team member will locate your purchase and pop it in a specified place - while keeping a safe distance. Once the team member has moved back, customers can then move forward to collect their purchase. If there is a queue, please remember to practice safe social distancing while you wait.

When collecting purchases, footwear and any other relevant items must be taken with their box to ensure as little contact as possible with the product. This is also important as items cannot be returned to the store for an exchange or store credit without the original packaging.

We suggest trying the shoes at home to ensure they are the correct size and fit, but if this is not the case please contact the store of purchase directly - within 5 days of receiving your purchase - to organise a contact free exchange or store credit.

It is imperative that any returns are organised prior to items being delivered to our shops to ensure a safe and contactless service. Stores are unable to take returns without prior arrangement and your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Please note that we do not offer refunds on items purchased from our retail stores. However we do offer the option of a store credit or exchange provided all return criteria is met.

If items are not in their original condition and in the original packaging when returned to the store, customers will be expected to keep them.
