SHIPPING AND RETURNS

 

Free Shipping

  1. We will cover all postage and handling costs on all orders over $99.00 - excluding Clearance items. Any orders under $99.00 or items purchased from the Clearance Page will incur a $10.00 shipping fee.
  2. Please note that each item purchased from our Clearance Page will incur a $10.00 shipping fee.
  3. Items purchased from our Clearance Page cannot be returned or exchanged.
  4. Estimated delivery - please allow up to 10 working days for shipments in New Zealand.
  5. Insurance cover is provided by our courier company.
  6. Delivery is within New Zealand only to residential, commercial, rural and PO Box addresses.  We are unable to ship outside of New Zealand.

Easy Returns

We know that shopping online can be difficult so we offer the option of returning your unworn item/s for a full refund – and we will even provide free return shipping!

Please note that this option does not apply to orders under $99.00 and excludes items purchased from the Clearance Page.  These items will incur a shipping charge at the time of purchase. However the shipping charge on these orders does include return postage (excludes clearance items) if it is required.

We have done our best to make returning unwanted items as straightforward as possible, - simply follow the easy steps below: 

  1. Please take care when opening the plastic bag, box or parcel, as it can easily be re-used to return your items.
  2. Simply use the return form provided, or download a return form here, complete it and place it in the bag together with the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Use the address label provided to return the goods by sticking on the outside of your package.
  4. To arrange pick up of your item simply book a courier online by visiting the website listed on the return form. Or alternatively drop the parcel to the nearest Post Shop.

    We regret that we cannot exchange or refund on goods where:
  • Goods have been worn.
  • Goods have been damaged after purchase.
  • Goods are not accompanied by the original box and or packaging.
  • Goods are returned outside the specified timeframe.
  • Goods have been purchased from the Clearance Page.
We will accept returned item/s for exchange or refund if we receive them back within 5 days of you taking initial delivery of the goods. The item/s must be as new and in original packaging. Refunds will be credited against your original method of payment and will not be processed until the goods have been received.
 
We do not exchange or refund clearance items, small accessories and/or shoe care.

Please note that the refund option only applies to purchases made online provided the specified criteria is met. Full price items purchased from our shops can be returned to the store of purchase within 7 days, for an exchange or credit note only - provided the goods are unworn and in their original packaging.

Terms

  • All footwear, handbags and shoe care products are subject to availability. Items or styles may be removed without any notice. We reserve the right to refuse to accept orders either in whole or in part.
  • Delays in completing the checkout process and providing payment may mean that available stock was allocated to another purchaser who completed the checkout process faster.
  •  Whilst we will always endeavour to send your order within the quickest time-frame possible, we cannot guarantee delivery times.
  • All items are new.
  • Sales and promotions are offered at time of order only.
  • All items are charged at our current prices and in NZD.
  • Unwanted items purchased online may be delivered in person to any of our ECCO stores. A copy of your original invoice MUST be provided. Your refund will not be processed on the spot as your item/s will be forwarded to the online division for processing.
