AT OUR RETAIL STORES

 

We have been working hard to offer our customers the option of Phone & Collect from our retail shops.

From the 6th of May 2020 we will trial our new service and our store managers will be available between…

 10am and 1pm on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays  

Our team will be ready to assist you and process phone sales, provided the items are available from your local store – sorry, no store-to-store transfers are available at this time. But don’t worry, our online facility is still up and running so you can still purchase your preferred style using this method if it is not available at your local store.

FIND YOUR STYLE

Currently we will only have one team member at each location, so it is helpful to have the correct style number/s and information handy prior to calling or emailing your local store.    

 

GET IN TOUCH

Call or email your local store between 10am and 1pm Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays: Provide the style number/s and size/s you would like to purchase.

If emailing, please make sure to include your phone number. 

Note that stores can only supply what they currently have on hand, or what is at our warehouse - we are unable to process transfers between stores during Level 3. Our team will advise you as to what is available and the best way to proceed.

STOCK LOCATION

Our friendly team will try and locate the item/s you wish to purchase: If the product/s are available, a sale can be processed over the phone using a credit or debit card. 

Note that some items may need to be ordered from our warehouse, if this is the case you will be offered the option to proceed with the purchase, (and be notified when the item/s arrive) or alternatively purchase online for faster delivery

 

 

CONTACTLESS COLLECTION

Collection dates/times must be pre-arranged with the store. Customers will be given an order number after purchasing which needs to be provided at the time of pick-up for purchases to be released.
Pick up instructions may vary slightly between locations, but customers will be advised of the process prior to collection…

Visit your local store at the arranged collection time and show your order number through the front door, the team member will locate your purchase and pop it in a specified place – while keeping a safe distance. Once the team member has moved back, customers can then move forward to collect their purchase. If there is a queue, please remember to practice safe social distancing while you wait.
