TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Spend and Save promotion commences on Wednesday 19th April 2023 and will end on Tuesday, 25th April 2023 at 11.59pm AEDT, no exceptions. 

Please note that not all styles shown on the website are available at all stores. 

The Spend and Save offer only applies to purchases of full price product made in a single transaction; it does not apply to discounted items.

When shopping online the discount will be applied to the cart if the transaction qualifies for the promotion. When shopping in-store, the discount will be applied accordingly at the till. 

The Spend and Save offerf is only available online at eccoshoes.co.nz and at participating stores listed below.

In-store Purchases: Please choose your purchases carefully as we do not provide refunds at our retail shops. Items can be exchanged in accordance with the in-store exchange policy, however if an item is exchanged after the promotional period has ended, the discount will not apply on the new item.  

Online Purchases: Items can be exchanged or returned in accordance with our current return/exchange policies. However, if an item is returned, the original order may no longer qualify for the corresponding Spend and Save discount. If this occurs the order will be recalculated, and the difference will be deducted from the refund. 

The Spend and Save promotion only applies to full price product that is available during the promotional period, it does not apply to items that may become available after the promotion has ended. We do not order stock in, or offer store to store transfers during the promotion period. 

The Spend and Save promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, discounts, vouchers or exchanges. Note that Gift Cards are accepted in conjunction with any sale or promotion.
