HOLIDAY SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

We are still shipping throughout the holiday season!

 

Please note that shipping may take additional time during the holiday period due to public holidays and courier delays. For this reason we have extended the return timeframe for our consumers for a specified period.

Online orders placed between the 21st of December 2021 and the 5th of January 2022 will have a total of 10 working days (from taking initial delivery) to return the goods.

Stock Availability – Due to high demand please be aware that although we make every effort to ensure our inventory is correct and up-to-date, some items showing as being in stock at the time an order is placed might be unavailable. If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order either in whole or in part, you will be contacted by our online team and a refund will be provided.

Refunds can take up to 7 working days to administrate and process.
