Please be aware when purchasing sale items online, that although we make every effort to ensure our inventory is correct and up-to-date, some items showing as being in stock at the time an order is placed might be unavailable. If this occurs an online representative will organize a refund. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to process.

Items can be returned in accordance with the standard online returns policy, provided the required criteria has been met.

The sale price only applies to items that are available during the sale period, it does not apply to items that may become available after the sale has ended.

Please choose your purchases carefully as we do not refund, exchange or issue a store credit on sale items.

We do not order or transfer sale items between stores.

Sale applies to selected footwear and handbags, pricing and signage indicates these styles.  ECCO takes no responsibility for stickers or items that have been moved in-store, and the applicable discount will only apply to the relevant styles.
