Please be aware when purchasing sale items online, that although we make every effort to ensure our inventory is correct and up-to-date, some items showing as being in stock at the time an order is placed might be unavailable. If this occurs an online representative will organize a refund. Refunds can take up to 7 working days to process.
Sale items purchased online may be returned in accordance with our current ONLINE RETURN POLICIES. However, if an item is returned for an exchange after the promotional period has ended, the discount will not apply on the new item.
The sale price only applies to selected boots & bags styles that are available during the sale period, it does not apply to items that may become available after the sale has ended and sale prices are not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, discounts, vouchers or exchanges.
