  Please be aware that although we make every effort to ensure our inventory is correct and up-to-date, some items showing as being in stock at the time an order is placed might be unavailable. If this occurs an online representative will organise a refund.Refunds can take up to 7 working days to process.  

The sale price only applies to items that are available during the sale period, it does not apply to items that may become available in the future once the winter sale has ended.

Please note that items purchased from the clearance page are subject to separate Terms and Conditions, these are available by clicking the banner on the clearance page.    

 

In-Store Terms and Conditions    

Please choose your purchases carefully as we do not refund, exchange or issue credit notes on sale items.  

We do not hold lay-by, order or transfer sale items between stores.

Sale applies to selected footwear and handbags – Prices are as marked.  

Selected styles are excluded from the sale - pricing indicates these items.
